Small Works Roster
The City of White Salmon utilizes MRSC Rosters to establish a Small Works Roster each year for contractors who construct any public works or improvements which has an estimated cost of $350,000 or less. Service categories include construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair or improvement of real property as referenced in RCW 39.04.155. All contractors interested in doing small works for the City of White Salmon must apply to MRSC Rosters on an annual basis.

Applications are accepted throughout the year. However, the City will only contact contractors who are on the list at the time it is seeking solicitations for quotes or bids.
