City Issues SEPA Determination of Non-significance Related to Proposed Amendments to Land Use Codes

The City of White Salmon issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the SEPA Rules (Washington Administrative Code Chapter 197-11) for proposed amendments to White Salmon Municipal Codes 17.75 Residential Planned Unit Development (R-PUD); 19.10.040 Project Permit Application Framework; and 17.81 Site and Building Plan Review. After reviewing a completed SEPA checklist and other information on file with the agency, the City of White Salmon determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
