It is with great pleasure that the White Salmon Performing Arts Booster Club announces the 5th annual Viva Musica, a fine dining event scheduled for Saturday, February 11^th.  We are extremely fortunate to have a strong music program at both Henkle Middle School and Columbia High School.  The benefits to our children and community are numerous, from increased test scores and graduation rates, to enhanced learning and achievement. 

The Viva Musica dinner is one of three fund raisers the White Salmon Performing Arts Booster Club holds to support music programs at Henkle Middle School and Columbia High School. Money raised from this event will help pay for enrichment activities, and supplements school district funding of the schools’ music departments.

The Viva Musica dinner is prepared in partnership with local businesses and parent volunteers. Our students will be your waiters, in addition to entertaining you with music.  Dinner will be served in the small gym at Henkle Middle School while local adult musicians entertain you.  Dessert/Refreshments will be served in the large gym where you will be able to enjoy musical performances by Henkle and Columbia students.

We will be offering three different times for dinner seatings. You are welcome at any reservation time.  However if you are mainly interested in seeing 5/6 music student performances, we suggest the 4:30 seating or the 7:30 seating. For those parents/guests of 7/8 music students, we suggest the 4:30 or the 6:00 seating.  For friends/family of high school students, we are suggesting the 6:00 or 7:30 seating.  Seating reservations will be made as they are received.

5:30 – Columbia High Instrumental and Vocal Ensembles
6:30 – Henkle Junior Band
7:00 – Columbia High Instrumental and Vocal Ensembles
7:15 – Henkle Senior Band Ensembles7:45 – Henkle Jazz Band
8:00 – Columbia High Instrumental and Vocal Ensembles
8:30 – Columbia High Jazz Band
