Loaned Executive Management Assistance Program (LEMAP) audit of Bingen-White Salmon Police Dept. performed under the auspices of Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs (WASPC). This voluntary audit was performed to determine the status of the department. It assessed both department capabilities and standards, as well as suggesting ways to improve the then current department status.
