downtown White Salmon this All Hallows' Eve!

Amidst swirling mists and echoing laughter, this magical night promises a cavalcade of characters—from timeless phantoms and goblins to present-day superheroes and charming sprites. Lovers of spooks, fun, and all things Halloween, heed the call and join the annual bewitching downtown celebration.

ROAD CLOSURE - From 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Jewett Boulevard (Hwy 141) will be a pedestrian-only zone between Garfield Avenue and Estes Avenue.

What's in store?

Haunted House - 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM
146 W Jewett Blvd

The Mt. Adams Chamber of Commerce, The Masons at White Salmon Lodge No. 163, and
volunteers from other local community groups promise a haunted house experience fit for all
ages. Venture in on the first-level and try to keep your wits as specters lurk in the shadows!
Don't do scary? Go right upstairs to the Fun & Friendly Zone for treats, games and more.

Festival of Light - 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
60 NE Wauna Ave (Bubba’s Brew Espresso Parking Lot)

A Halloween tradition for over two decades, hosted by Grace Baptist Church, is back! Enjoy
carnival games, fresh cider, nibble on enchanted cookies, and marvel at the masquerade of
costumes.

Trunk or Treat - 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Mt Adams Elks Lodge, 124 NE Church Ave (next to the White Salmon Fire Hall)

What could lurk inside a trunk on the spookiest night of the year? Maybe a Frankenstein jumper
cable? A witch’s first-aid kit? Or could it be ghosts, goblins, magic brooms, and creeping
cobwebs? Wait, did we leave out the heaps of yummy candies?

Community Treats - 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Jewett Blvd between Estes Ave and Main Ave

Sorcerers, witches, and muggles alike—are beckoned to Jewett Boulevard to bestow treats
upon eager little hands. We encourage everyone—individuals, groups, and businesses—to set
up along Jewett Boulevard, hand out treats, and enjoy the best view of the costume parade.
Please ensure all treats are commercially wrapped and sealed.

Costume Parade - 5:30 PM to 5:45 PM
White Salmon City Hall Parking Lot, 100 N Main Ave

Supported by the White Salmon Valley K-8 Parent Teacher Organization, strut your stuff or
simply enjoy the parade of creative costumes. Margie’s Outdoor Store will lead the ghastly gang
of participants down Jewett Boulevard.

All events are free and open to the public.
