The City of White Salmon has committed to providing a Cooling Shelter at the White Salmon Fire Hall any day the forecast temperature shows 100+ degrees for the City of White Salmon.

City staff has identified Monday, 07.25.22 - Friday 07.29.2022 as having forecasted temperatures of over 100 degrees.

The city has arranged to have staff available to open the Cooling Shelter from 11am-7pm on the identified days so long as the forecasted temperature remains at 100+ degrees the previous day.

Bottled water and board games will be supplied.
