Planning Commission Public Hearing, February 9 - Conditional Use Permit Request WS-CUP-2021.005

The White Salmon Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at 5:30 PM, or soon thereafter, via Zoom. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public testimony regarding the following application. APPLICATION NUMBER: WS-CUP-2021.005. REQUEST: Allow for the construction of a new residential duplex in the commercial zone, where an existing duplex exists, for proposed short-term rental use. LOCATION: Parcel is located at 415 E Jewett Blvd, further described as Klickitat County Tax Parcel 03111972050100.

The proposed application and staff report will be included in the Planning Commission Packet for the February 9, 2022 meeting. The packet is available on or before February 4, 2022 on the City’s website at https://www.white-salmon.net/.
